For over a decade, I have been in a managerial role, where I have developed my leadership skills by leading by example. I have received industry-leading training from multiple companies and schools, which has enabled me to gain an understanding of risk management, project management, time management, how to handle poor performance and develop others.
Additionally, I have learned about goals, planning, execution, key performance indicators, key delivery areas, project planning, SWOT analysis, management styles, and how to build and manage productive teams and work groups.
Over the last 5 years, I have been in a top-level leadership role with comprehensive responsibilities encompassing all business functions.
